From the North

  • Take I-290 West to I-190 South.
  • Exit at Elm Street (Exit 6).
  • Follow ramp around, bearing to your right and proceed straight ahead on Elm Street.
  • Proceed straight ahead, past Oak and Ellicott Streets, to the signal at Washington Street. (There is a parking lot entrance before the signal at Washington Street for parking.)
  • Our office building, the Rand Building, is at the corner of Washington and Broadway (which becomes Lafayette at the intersection). Look for the white canopy marked "Rand Building" at our entrance.

From the South

  • Take Rt. 5 through Lackawanna and over the Father Baker and Skyway bridges.
  • Take the I-190 South exit (first exit).
  • Exit at Elm Street (Exit 6, first exit).
  • Follow ramp around, bearing to your right and proceed straight ahead on Elm Street.
  • Turn left at Broadway.
  • Proceed straight ahead, past Oak and Ellicott Streets, to the signal at Washington Street. (There is a parking lot entrance before the signal at Washington Street for parking.)

  • Take Rt. 400 (Aurora Expressway) to the I-90 East.
  • Follow to the I-190 North.

From the West

New York State Thruway - I-90 East

  • Follow the I-90 East to the I-190 North
  • Exit at Elm Street (Exit 6).

From Canada

  • From the Peace Bridge, follow the I-190 South.
  • Exit at Elm Street (Exit 6).
  • Follow ramp around, bearing to your right and proceed straight ahead on Elm Street.
  • Turn left at Broadway.
  • Proceed straight ahead, past Oak Street and Ellicott Street, to the signal at Washington Street. (There is a parking lot entrance before the signal at Washington Street for parking.)

Driving Directions to our Niagara Falls Office:

From Canada

  • Take the QEW to Exit 420 Niagara Falls.
  • Cross into the U.S. at Rainbow Bridge. You are on Niagara Street when you get off the Bridge.
  • Proceed to 3rd Street and make a left turn.
  • Turn right onto Main Street. Go 3 blocks to our office.
  • Entrance to our office is on Main Street, on the first floor to the right of Key Bank.

From New York State Thruway (I-90)

  • Take I-90 to I-290 West.
  • Take I-290 to I-190 North.
  • Take Exit 21 (Robert Moses Parkway/Buffalo Ave) to Robert Moses Parkway.
  • Exit on John B. Daly Boulevard and proceed straight to Niagara Street.
  • Turn left at Niagara Street.
  • Turn right at 4th Street.
  • Turn right at Main Street and proceed to 810 Main Street.
  • Entrance to our office is on Main Street, on the first floor to the right of Key Bank.

From Buffalo (I-190)

  • North on I-190 from Buffalo.
  • Take Exit 21 (Robert Moses Parkway/Buffalo Ave) to Robert Moses Parkway.

  • Turn left at Niagara Street.
  • Turn right at 4th Street.
