Edward "Ned" Perlman is a veteran trial attorney who handles personal injury cases, as well as municipal and commercial litigation. He is the resident partner in the firm's Niagara Falls office. Mr. Perlman has recovered millions of dollars for clients who suffered personal injuries. He has also represented various insurance companies for more than twenty years and has considerable trial experience in this area of practice. Having served as Niagara County Attorney, as well as chief negotiator for both municipal employers and public employee unions, Mr. Perlman is a highly regarded municipal attorney in areas such as election law, PERB matters and lawsuits involving municipalities and public officials. In the area of commercial law, Mr. Perlman has represented numerous contractors in construction industry claims, as well as shareholders, partners and small business owners in general matters. A native of Niagara Falls, Mr. Perlman is a graduate of SUNY Albany (B.A.), Albany Law School of Union University (J.D.) and University of Miami School of Law (LL.M.). He has been admitted to practice in New York since 1980.
Mr. Perlman resides in Niagara County with his wife, Susan, and their four children. He has served as trustee of Niagara Falls Public Library and the Boards of the YMCA, YWCA and Mount St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
