Raymond H. Caso, Jr. is an associate in the Buffalo, New York law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP. He concentrates in the areas of commercial and residential real estate; wills, trusts and estates law; and general business law.

Mr. Caso handles all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including the preparation, reviewing and negotiating of contracts of sale, preparing and reviewing lender documents, and reviewing all aspects of title. He acts as examining counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Caso handles the preparation of Last Wills and Testaments, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, Power of Attorneys, and Living Trusts. He handles the probate of estates with the Surrogate's Court and has acted as Guardian ad Litem for the Erie County Surrogate's Court.

Mr. Caso received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association Banking Law Committee, and Real Property Law Committee. He is a former member of the Village of Kenmore Planning Board and a former law clerk for the Erie County Surrogate's Court. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York.  He is a member of Saint Joseph's Collegiate Institute Alumni Association and Saint Amelia's Holy Name Society.
