Sean MacKenzie is an associate practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, criminal law, labor and employment, general business law, and negligence.

Mr. MacKenzie attended the State University of New York at Fredonia, where he received degrees in psychology and business management. He graduated in 2004 from the State University of New York at Buffalo with both a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Business Administration. He practiced with the law firm Piper, Rudnick, Gray & Cary, LLP in San Diego, California before returning to Western New York. Mr. MacKenzie practices out of the firm's office in Niagara Falls and the main office in downtown Buffalo. He is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, and is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
