Robert W. Grimm, Jr. is a partner in the Buffalo, New York law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP. He concentrates in the area of commercial and residential real estate; wills, trusts and estates law; and general business law. Mr. Grimm is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company of New York and Monroe Title Insurance Corporation and is examining counsel for Stewart Title Insurance Corporation, Ticor Title Guarantee Company and other major title insurers. Mr. Grimm is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. He has served as counsel to St. Albert the Great R.C. Church in North Tonawanda, New York. He is a former vice president of the Board of Trustees for Cardinal O'Hara High School. He has lectured on various real estate topics for professional and community organizations. He is admitted to practice in all New York Courts and Federal Courts, including the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
